Inspired by the energy and timbres of rock, All Talk 2 is a duo for Bb clarinet and bass clarinet that brings together searing industrial synths and acoustic percussion. The rapid quintuplet pulse creates off kilter grooves that are focused and driving, making for intense choruses, separated by sections featuring lush synths and smooth interwoven melodic lines. Distortion for the Bb clarinet is a bonus, but not required.
